Add a study mode that puts memorized/not memorized buttons at the bottom of the card and reviews the lesson or case until all are marked memorized. You might call it EXAM CRAM MODE.

At the moment, if you choose 'View Notes in Case', Mental Case will repeat any wrong notes at the end of the current slideshow. I think this is what you are looking for.
However, in the current release, this only works with 'non-lesson' slideshows. If you are studying the notes in the lesson, they are not repeated in the current slideshow.
We have changed this in the development version: notes will now be repeated whether you are in a lesson slideshow or not. Expect to see this in the next release.
